The National Toshaos Council (NTC) Conference 2025 was officially launched today under the theme, “Robust Governance for Sustainable Village Development.”

The Guyana Energy Agency (GEA) is participating in the event’s exhibition at the Arthur Chung Conference Centre (ACCC), which takes place until Friday, March 23.

The Government of Guyana, through the GEA, is steadily expanding sustainable energy projects across the country that are focused on providing affordable, reliable, and stable energy supply for the benefit of all, particularly in Hinterland and riverine communities that are not connected to the utility grid.

These national efforts are not only powering homes with renewable electricity, but also schools, health centers, village offices and other key community facilities. All of this supports the broader goal of enhancing sustainable village development, aligning with this year’s theme.

Be sure to visit our exhibition booth to learn more about our sustainable energy and development initiatives! See you then!
