In observance of International Women’s Day, the Guyana Energy Agency (GEA) honoured the hardworking and dedicated women of the Agency on Friday in recognition of their contributions.

In his remarks, CEO of the GEA, Dr. Mahender Sharma, expressed appreciation to the women for their commitment and service. He encouraged them to continue striving for excellence, as a guiding principle that transcends all aspects of their personal and professional lives.

Dr. Sharma also reminded them to remain impactful in their work, particularly in today’s technology-driven era marked by advancements in artificial intelligence, and to continue enhancing efficiency and productivity as they contribute to Guyana’s ongoing transformation.
