Through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures, specified in the Procurement Act 2003, The Guyana Energy Agency invites eligible bidders to submit their sealed bids for the following:
1. Provision of Sanitization and Pest Control Services for the Guyana Energy Agency
2. SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DRINKING WATER FOR THE GUYANA ENERGY AGENCY
3. Procurement of Personal Protective Clothing and supplies for the Guyana Energy Agency
4. Provision of Customs Brokerage Services for the Guyana Energy Agency
5. Maintenance and Repairs of Air Conditioning Units for the Guyana Energy Agency
Interested bidders may obtain the Standard Bid Solicitation Documents (SBSD) from the cashier at the Guyana Energy Agency, 295 Quamina Street, South Cummingsburg, Georgetown from Monday to Friday between 09:00 to 15:30 hours for a non-refundable fee of one thousand dollars (G$1000) each. Alternatively, an electronic copy of the Bid Documents can be downloaded at www.gea.gov.gy at no cost.
