Request for Quotation (RFQ)

Through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures, specified in the Procurement Act 2003, The Guyana Energy Agency invites eligible bidders to submit their sealed bids for the following:

Provision of Customs Clearance Services for GEA (Re-tender)

1. Interested bidders may obtain the Request for Quotation (RFQ) from the cashier at the Guyana Energy Agency, 295 Quamina Street, South Cummingsburg, Georgetown from Monday to Friday between 09:00 to 15:30 hours for a non-refundable fee of one thousand dollars (G$1000). Alternatively, an electronic copy of the Document can be downloaded at www.gea.gov.gy
2. Bids shall be addressed to:

Chairman, Ministerial Tender Board (MTB), Office of the Prime Minister (OPM), Colgrain House, Camp Street, Georgetown, and submitted no later than 09:00 hrs on August 8, 2024
