Description: REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (INDIVIDUAL CONSULTING SERVICES) FINAL EVALUATION

The Government of Guyana has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) towards the cost of the Energy Matrix Diversification and Strengthening of the Department of Energy (EMISDE) programme and intends to apply a portion of the proceeds for consulting services under the contract for which this Expression of Interest is issued.
