The GEA invites eligible individual consultants having the technical competence, relevant resources, qualifications and experience in similar assignments herewith to submit an Expressions of Interest (EOI) and financial proposal for the services:
- Consultancy Services for Training in Onshore Spill Response Techniques for the Guyana Energy Agency (GEA)
The Consultancy aims to train decision making personnel within the Guyana Energy Agency to develop appropriate management and response strategies and to be equipped with the knowledge of the command structure and the technical knowledge to determine appropriate response strategies based on the circumstances and location of each spill on land and to support maritime spill responses, where required.
Interested bidders may obtain the Standard Bid Solicitation Documents (SBSD) from the cashier at the Guyana Energy Agency, 295 Quamina Street, South Cummingsburg, Georgetown from Monday to Friday between 09:00 to 15:30 hours for a non-refundable fee of one thousand dollars (G$1000) each. Alternatively, an electronic copy of the Bid Documents can be downloaded at www.gea.gov.gy at no cost.
